The Law and Policy Committee will hold a committee meeting on April 23, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. The committee will meet to discuss and the public is welcome to listen to the committee proceedings.

1. Discussion of Amendments to Regulation 18329. Formal Written Advice and Informal Assistance. Pursuant to Regulation 18308.1(d)(6)(F), the Committee will consider amendments to Regulation 18329 governing the Legal Division’s formal advice and informal assistance process.

2. Legislation Update and Discussion. The Committee will receive an update from staff on legislation and general updates about the Legislature. The Committee may recommend positions on legislation for the 2019-2020 legislative session.
