Item 12: Update of Campaign Manuals. Approved 5-0.

Item 13: FPPC Conflict of Interest Code. Accepted as submitted.

Item 14: Prenotice Discussion of Proposed Amendments to Regulations Governing Enforcement Processes. Discussion item.

Item 15: Repeal and Adoption of Regulation 18707 - Disqualification Requirements (Public Identification of a Financial Interest in an Agenda Item). Approved 4-0.

Item 16: Amendment of Regulation 18419. Motion to amend the regulation and have Law and Policy Committee review the changes. Motion failed without a second. Motion to approve as presented. Approved 4-1.

Item 17: Adoption of Regulations 18402.2 and 18421.10. Approved 4-1.
